Madkeep complaints Madkeep fake or real Madkeep legit or fraud | De Reviews

What is Madkeep .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products like Transformer Remote Control Folding Scooter, Air Compression Leg Massager, Natural Latex Mattress Topper, Kitchen Storage Cabinets, Intelligent Automatic Self Cleaning Fully EnClosed Cat Litter Box, Magical Christmas Tree, Hardshell Lightweight TSA Lock 4 Piece Set, Wireless Charging Welding Tool, LED Wheel Lights, Handheld Auto Vacuum Cleaner, Dancing Fish- Cat Kicker Toy, Hanging Bungee Dog Toy, Streamer Magnetic Absorption Cable, Double-sided Dual Function Shower Head, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Madkeep is categorized as one of the fraudulent sites due to the following drawbacks on its website:

Contact Information:

The parent company's name and address is provided on its Terms of Service and Contact Us pages as Lettymar Limited: 1st Floor, 81-83 Grivas Digenis Avenue, Nicosia, 1090, Cyprus. As per Google Search, there is another business named "United Capital Property Investments (Cyprus) Limited" at this address. We also found that this address is rented as virtual address to companies for company registration purposes. (Source: Rovva.com) So, this makes very clear that it is not a physical location of its company or store. Moreover, this address is also found to be used by other sites like Leseeker, Cobspot, Cobuyy, Rubbea, Wianni, Belleslili, Artwishers, Lilifairies, Betershe, Xotstre, GiftShopWalmart, Enyopo, Teamcob, LadyChoise, Ashmorning, Bilitree, Lucksusi, SqsqkkShop, GoockWig, Catrewl, Pomepelo, Headhe, Hewita, Phantomay, Qutbusr, Pilotcable, Callfancy, Koyunt, Dontbes, CapCloth, Biomsd, NorthWestGood, UlrHair, Tuwigs, Hincksy, Palbrave, Enigmash, WnaiShop, IvaMalls, IeusMall, UretMall, ElemShop, AoryMall, AdneMall, EnrzMall, HuseMall, etc. Hence, we don't recommend this site for the online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address Lettymar Limited: 1st Floor, 81-83 Grivas Digenis Avenue, Nicosia, 1090, Cyprus, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Its email address i.e. service@nicego .store is not related to its domain name and found to be used by other problematic sites like Leseeker, Cobspot, Teamcob, BilitreePhantomayBiomsdEnigmash, etc.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton, VeriSign, McAfee, etc. on its few Product Details pages. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at unrealistic cheap rates that none of the legit stores can afford to offer even on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple scam sites.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its Terms of Service page i.e. tasygo .com but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on the aforesaid facts, it can be concluded that Madkeep is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the following review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck!

  11. I placed 2 orders for saws and have received nothing. I have conformation numbers and date shipped. Packages should have been here by now...but nothing.

  12. I brought a roll around cart. Now it's been shipped. But is it fed/ex or someone else. I want my package delivery. Befor Christmas. The order #221205013113647 tracking # AG305792962NC. PAID FOR ALREADY

    1. In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using your PayPal account, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review. Good Luck!

  15. They had some fencing advertised on Facebook had a pretty good price. So I went ahead and bought six boxes of it. They gave me a bogus shipping number. What arrived in the mail with the one that they originally gave me was a beat-up package stuffed in a baggie about 4x4 and on the inside of that package was a little pull out pointer stick like teachers use and it's got the tracking number on it that they gave me for the fence. Now they say my fence was delivered because that tracking number got delivered and I'm not going to keep babying them around. They're a rip off and anyone that uses them you'll know it in your bank account. Now they won't ship my fence they won't respond other than the fact of your package delivered on Saturday or Friday I mean not Saturday Friday just because that package came through.

  16. Well all I can say is they got me for very lil.. $62. The product I purchased never arrived. And I received some dum eyebrow application device that I would never have ordered. It took almost 3 weeks for delivery. And I did not get what I paid for..

    1. To be on the safer side, it's better you contact your bank or credit card company and change your credit card.
