I ordered boots and two months later got the nastiest piece of rubbish excuse for boots. Not at all like the description.
Seller offered $5 refund but I got my money back through paypal.
Cannot leave a bad review on their website though. Funny that!!!

Ordered two pairs of leather boots from wstrnco and received two pairs of plastic copies have never seen so much junk in all my life wish I had read reviews before purchasing never again !! Return policies a joke only valid for 30 day from purchase!! They took longer than that to arrive what a joke don’t be taken in like me
Can't believe I was scammed, thought I was buying boots from America, received them about 6 weeks after ordering, they were cheap plastic and nothing like the boots advertised, spent nearly £100 - took photos and sent email to them, they offered me $5! WHAT?? I've told them I will be reporting them to trading standards if they don't send me postage paid return label, very disappointed.
Forgot to mention my reason for thinking I was buying from America, well, apart from the name and prices in US dollars, I finally got reply from them and the return address they provided was in China! That says it all!

Dollar Store has better quality merchandise. The company is a complete scam. I think they just grabbed something and sent it to me because I complained. The Better Business Bureau needs to shut them down. I am turning them into every place I can. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
To bad i ordered sum stoff on march 3rd, didn't get any thing, just two copies of the same email saying that my boot are in making.
I wish I had read this before I bought from WSTRNCO, same as others, made payment 26/2/21 and have had nothing, they look legit but I guess aren't, expensive lesson not to buy at all online.
I placed an order way back in 15th February just got my boots the other day after sending and receiving emails umpteen times only to find these boots are nothing like the website they having taken my money so will be going to my bank tomorrow cause I paid with debit card..?♀️?♀️...more fool me.
I ordered boots on Feb 7 and received a confirmation email that said another email would be sent when they are shipped. Over a month later, I never received the shipping notice. I emailed them to cancel the order since they were not shipped. Today I received the refund.
I ordered boots on February 5th and didn't get a confirmation email and of course, no boots and no response from customer service. I am mad at Facebook for allowing this kind of stealing on their platform. They have enough money to make sure the people advertising with them are legit. This place is a total scam.
Wstrnco is a scam site, unfortunately.
Bought some boots and other things from these, the order totalling over £100. I forgot all about it, to be honest until a friend asked me if I had received the items, which I haven’t. No contact from the company, either. I checked the order status and it hasn’t even been posted yet.... after over a month. Contacted them tonight but AVOID this company. They are real sketchy and I don’t expect a reply but I had to contact them to be able to go through PayPal resolution centre.
I made an order at the 13th of February 2021 and got some bad feeling because didn't get any email. So the same day asked to cancel an order. Was no response. I asked Bank to stop pending payment but after few days money went from my account. I got few emails from Company about nothing from …..( no signature no name). I don't understand there is no services institutions. can solve the problem?
In this case, it’s better you contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
