One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Placed order 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received my items. The last email I sent they replied back with “shipping overseas takes a really long time so rest assured you will get your items” even though I paid for faster shipping!?
I ordered 6 items from them. I ordered them back in October. One of the items they said they were out of stock but then they sent me an email saying they had it back in and it was on its way. I never have received it. The others were very cheaply made. And keep asking me the same question over and over over a $22 shirt. They said I could exchange it for another but no one will keep in contact with me. They are the biggest scam going. All they do is lie cheat and steal.
Same thing happened to me too! I kept bugging them about my item or a refund & they never made sense when I did get a reply. Now the site is down. Go figure.
You cannot return anything because it comes well after the 30days. Or at all. Very disappointed in the quality of the hoodies we ordered. One was defective. Not true to size. Over priced CRAP!
Puravidalike is a scam!!! I had a HORRIBLE experience with this site. I received my order and they did not fit, I emailed the site about returning my items. I was told I could not return the items because it would cost to much for me to return them and that they had no way of knowing if they even received them back from me and said they may get lost on the way back to them. They offered me a 15% refund. My order was over $60 and I would only be receiving around $9 in refund. They also told me that I could just give my items to someone who needed them. They refuse to refund my full amount and refuse to allow returns. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
