I placed an order on this website two weeks ago. I never received an email confirmation for my order or a receipt. I have attempted to contact the email listed on the website, as well as the email address shown under the payee on PayPal, with no response. I have filed a dispute with PayPal, my bank, and a complaint with the federal online crime division.
never received the electronic parts I ordered from their website www .gotimac .com. They sent me tracking data for a package that was sent to an address in another state. They have not responded to my repeated requests to rectify the situation. They have been billing me under several names and none of them the website. Each time I tried to order the same part from the website it billed my PayPal account under a different name. Some of the names are: fernandoqks59@gmail .com, Laura Leathers, STARTING AT ZERO LLC, MALU LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT INC. I believe that www .gotimac .com website is a scam.
