I am having an ongoing war with this disgusting company. I ordered a cushion for our son who broke his back and severely fractured his coccyx 6 months ago. The cushion in the photo on their site had a c section cut out where the coccyx would sit. This unethical company sent the wrong cushion. It doesn’t have the c section, and it has a lump where the coccyx sits, thus being totally unsuitable for its purpose. They took $75.35 AUD from my bank account and refuse to refund me the money. They’re telling me to keep the unsuitable pillow and they’ll compensate me $5! Absolutely furious!

I ordered the 6 pak of stunt cars, with shipping it was $45.
I finally received them after a few months.
They were pathetic.
They are supposed to flip and do stunts...plus they were cheap cheap cheaply made.
They did no such thing..a $1.00 car from the dollar store would have been better

I purchased a clothes organiser (5) & they are not clothes organisers at all, the are only big enough to put a small cube in them, what a rip off, never again
On 5/6/22 I ordered goods from Cleverwhalego which have never arrived so I suspect according this review that I will never receive these goods. What should I do about it?
I am in the same boat , I will never receive what I ordered either. I am putting a complaint to the Australian Consumer Credit Association, which may help to get this scum banned from all internet sites.
