This company is a rip-off! The clothes take FOREVER to get to you. The quality of the clothes is the cheapest you can find. And is waaaaay overpriced for what it is!!! Right now they owe me over $170 to refund me for clothes I was able to order and pay for but are now out of stock. So far I have asked for a cash refund 13 times!!! Their latest excuse is that their accounts are frozen. If that was only true!!! They're still accepting money for new orders!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
You are a scam and I want my money back NOW
Could there please be a catagory for negative stars??? Note the photoshopped/copied-pasted images throughout, and the broken language fake reviews. They're all 4-5 stars and all incorrect punctuation and cadence and really vague. They have NOT published any poor reviews that are real. I should know better, but I was a sucker. They are keeping my money for 1 item that after THREE months and as many inquiries they finally admit is sold out - will NOT refund. The 1 item I received is NOTHING like the picture. So cheap, uncomfortable, wrinkled and inaccurately represented. HOW are they still allowed to be in business?? Their emailed service replies are SO sugary sweet with concern but NEVER provide anything satisfactory. Their replies to exterior reviews are canned and insincere.
I hope to post this anywhere and everywhere possible. Hey Vchics: You should have just processed the refund, you charlatans. Shame on you.

I ordered from this company and nothing I ordered looks like what is advertised on their website. The items that arrived are very cheaply made. I emailed them twice to request a refund. Crickets. There is no phone number on the website. I hope I was not scammed. Ugh
The fabric is a cheap knit and fades when washed by their instructions.$42 waisted
Do not order from Vchics. I ordered a coat from them. A purple coat which looked fabulous online. I got nothing CLOSE to what I ordered. I received a dark geometric patterned coat which was boxy and ill fitting. When I reached out to the company they said the return process was "long and cumbersome". It's been over a week and I'm still waiting for a reply to return the item I received.
