Definitely this site is a scam.They never sent my package from April and never reimbursed me.
I had ordered on April 2 things from them and never received them.I sent many times emails and they said they will reimburse me but they never did.Now they don't respond to my emails anymore. Definitely this is a scam site.

I never received it. the Tracking #LY769828189CN for my puchase, was delivered to my mailbox on 6-15-2021. on that day I received 2 3-way charges that I never ordered. I saved the delivery packaging in case found out who sent it. The shipper was LIDEHMAO , CHINA. july I decided to do some research and found the website comments with so many others that were scammed. I checked the tracking# on the package of chargers received and was the same as my Pinkmoonart order. They are diffinately a scam company. I may be too late to get credit back but will report to Better business Bureau.
It has been over 45 days sent i placed an order with Pinkmoonart.com and still haven't received my order. So I want my money back ASAP. The order # is HSQ87193.

this company is definitely a scam.
After a month they send me 2 USB Cable , I ordered 2 Rotating multi-layer kitchen shelf. The site is a scam, horrible customer service.
I ordered 2 of the rotating multilayer kitchen basket units on April 10th received email a week later saying they had shipped still have not received them. I was hesitant on ordering but went ahead and did so now I am out almost $50.
I ordered 2 of rotating multi-layer shelves back in April, 2021. I still have not received them, however, my credit card was charged on
April 11. I will keep on trying to get my money back.
This is a scam ordered mine in april had e-mails saying it was on its way never received them out of money now unless my card gives me a refund be aware check for reviews on company first before you order I learnt the hard way !!
Seems like I'm another victim. I purchased 2 Rotating multi-layer kitchen shelves for $ 24.99 each (40 cents by you) on May 8, 2021. To date, I haven't received my products and I have emailed the company many times who keeps telling me the products are held up in custom and it's too late to give me a refund. This article confirms that I too have been ripped off. I'm waiting on my banking institution to see if I need to get another credit card. After reading about ad scams on Facebook, I've learned that unless my purchase was from the Marketplace and via PayPal I'm SOL. Even then there's no guarantee for a refund. It seems that Facebook actually profits from Scam sellers. The latter pays a fee and we buy at our own risk with no liability to Facebook. Damn.
I ordered the 5 multi shelf (round ones but switch to the square ones. ) on 4/26 cancel bank card. Company says that they need new bank card. Supplied new bank card . Money taken out on 5/26
It is a shame how some people can feel comfortable scamming poor people out of their little money. It took you no time to figure out how to cheat people, therefore it should take you no time to figure out how to make all of this right. I ordered on 5/13/21, got a package was shipped on 5/14 with tracking number. Proceeded to track but found nothing. I emailed them twice and did not get any response. I decided to check their review only to find this site with all of these comments. So, I cancelled the payment with my bank!

I now have to see if there are any other problems that might have arisen from this like identity theft. I do know that my email that is affiliated with Facebook has been compromised.
