I ordered from a company named "MJMLY SHOP" and paid to "HEFA ECOMMERCE GROUP" Paypal account. I purchased a laptop which they advertised in FB but, after 100 days of waiting, I got a DAMAGED, CHEAP SUNGLASS!
To the readers, take note of the scammers' NAME.
I might be a victim of a scam involving this shop. I bought a laptop advertised in Facebook at ridiculously low price. I was doubtful of the legitimacy of the sale but rationalized that maybe the item was cheap because the laptop was unbranded. I took the plunge and paid through Paypal. The receipt showed "HeFa ECommerce Group" as payee, which made me even more suspicious as it is unrelated to the shop. I emailed service@mjmly.shop about my worry and I got quite prompt reply telling me that there's probable delay in the shipment due to the pandemic. Then I got an email telling me that the item was shipped already with a tracking number. It's been a week now since I paid, and 2 days since the item was "shipped" yet the tracking number is "unknown" in the tracking system that is linked in the email.
Any similar experience?
