After waiting over two months for my order, I opened to package to find they sent me the wrong product. It was a product valued a FAR less than what I paid. Now, even though it was their error, they want me to accept a refund of 20% or ship the product back to them (at my expense) and hope it “arrives” before receiving a full refund. After I responded, I was offered a refund of 30%. I am still working on getting my money back, but I will never order from that site again.
They are a scam PayPal doesn’t care if you get your items they believe the liars
I have already reported this company to the Federal Trade commission. I ordered 2 all fans for $63.70 and after weeks of trying to get my order I received a potato peeler. A $2.00 potato peeler for a $63.70 order. Now they want me to mail this thing back at my expense. Do you know what it cost to ship to China. I will continue to find all ways to stop this company from scamming any one else. If I can just save a few.
