This is basically a thrift store. I have been their buyer once. And i had a great experience. This a good and trustworthy platform to sell gently used indian ethnic wear. As there is multiple seller involvement to ship the products shipment might be getting delayed. The response team gives is awesome. Team is available online via instagram to respond to all the client queries. Closet_punarvi is their insta id. And they are definitely genuine
