6 months of hassel. 4 items ordered none as advertised. Contacted them to return. Followed instructions. Printed their return address as emailed to me. After months and a cost of $33.00 the goods come back to me unopened. Total out of pocket $155.00 aus dollars. Refund came after many emails to them $39.00. They would only give 45% of original invoice less their shipping cost, after advertising free shipping. Such a scam. Will never buy from them again wished I had checked on them before placing an order. Buying goods from China is a risk. Buyer beware.
I agree, unfortunately I didn’t read your review before my purchase and was very disappointed.
I spent $ 65.- on a cardigan that was totally different in material as well as design from what they had on their website.
Cozymission insisted that they sent me the right item and offered me a lousy 30% refund.
Very disappointing, i would NEVER purchase from them anymore.
