Ordered before Christmas never received tried to contact no response
I have been emailing back and forth with this company since the middle of December with the thought of it getting here for Christmas. I was told that because the TicTok video went viral they were delayed with shipping and it would go out the next week. The next week came and I got another excuse and was told again it will go out on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went no shipment info I then emailed them again and told them to cancel my order and send me back my money that I am no longer interested in their product. To the email that was received this morning asking me for my Email address that I used to purchase the product (the one they have been writing me on) and my name so that they can cancel the correct order. I replied with that information telling them that I would give a negative review and let people not to buy from this company. I hope that I see my money back from them soon. But I will never buy from this company again and you should stay far away from them too.
Ordered 2 large beanbags on 12/4. Got a confirmation email with a confirmation# stating they would contact me when shipped. There is no link to any website, and the email address seems scammy (thebagstore1000@gmail.com).
12/21 and haven't heard anything.
Looks like i got duped.
Seen the name change three times so far glad i came to this site befor i have waisted my money
