Well, I ordered in November of 2021 and still haven't received anything. I started an email communication and they assured me multiple times they were being shipped. After many back and forth emails they offered me a refund. I still haven't seen that either. I was emailing once a week letting them know I hadn't received my refund. The email I sent yesterday just got returned to me via mailer demon. This place is a scam and you'll never see the product or the money again. Seems they've already ghosted the internet.
Same thing I have ordered on November 3 and I still have not received my product
I also ordered the cozy bean, in November, for a Christmas gift. They took my money and never sent the product. I have emailed them SEVERAL TIMES and was told the same, production process is slow and they will send it in 2 weeks. We'll, 4 months later, still nothing. Total SCAM
I ordered 2 of the extra large bean bags in November. Nothing ever shipped for 6 weeks no one responded to any of my emails, the phone number listed was not a working number! Still no products, although I did get an email saying their products just blew up and they cannot keep up with demand. What else can be fine to get resolution?

Ordered my bean bag from them 4 months ago and still nothing. I've e mailed them 23 times and they always give a generic excuse like they're back logged or had a delivery problem. I've told them to return my money and now they won't respond back. Total SCAM!
Same issue here. They have replied with emails and offered me an additional free bean bag saying they were over whelmed with their tik tok going viral. Going to try to contact my bank and see if they can help.

Been waiting 2.5 months on mine. The email back pretty fast. Is always a Mary responding. I was promised an extra bag at no charge, or a refund. I proceeded wt order.... wt promises of "production problems" "shipping problems" it'll be mailed out this "X" day.... the 24th of Dec was the last time she said it would be mailed. Still nothing. . I'm canceling order. Not worth it

I placed an order with Cozy Bean in October 2021. I was told every week it’s going to ship. I kept being offerree a refund and accepted several times and still never received. They also offered to ship me a second free one for the inconvenience of waiting so long. COZY BEAN IS A SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM….the owner “Julie” is a fraud and liar. I ordered a bean bag 15 days ago and have not heard anything. Everytime I email them, which I've done about 4 times now, they always say the same thing and then they offer me a free beanbag. I'm so mad I even gave this site my money. Bunch of scumbags.
