Below please find my email request for a product to be returned, along with their response. This company is a scam. The product cost $40 and is worth about $2. Sorry I am unable to print the photos but the company essentially posted photos of a better quality product that is much more expensive and probably hand made.

Hello Sdecor team. Yesterday I received the above referenced order. Attached please see a photo of the item received next to the on-line photo of the product. This is in no way the quality referenced in the photo and description. It is not glass, but plastic. It is not transparent so window light does not pass through. The stand is also much cheaper. How do I return?

I bought a Squid Game full costume and all I got was the mask and some cleaning brushes that I never ordered. The mask was cracked in two. I disputed with Paypal and they favored these scammers as always. PayPal knows pretty well there're website scammers all over the place and does nothing about it. After going back and forth, they wanted the defective product shipped back to China which costs an arm and a leg and they didn't want to pay for shipping charges. The other option they gave me was a partial refund which infuriated me since I got a defective and incomplete costume and none of my own fault. They said they make little profit out of their sales. I don't give a [censored], why the customer has to get scammed for them to make money? [censored]ing [censored]! I accepted to get a partial refund which was never received of course. DON'T BUY FROM THESE [censored], THEY'RE SCAMMERS FROM CHINA!
I received item today, after waiting 6 weeks. Sent in a plastic envelope, no box, so wreath is crushed and flowers folded up, total mess. Also made from very cheap looking materials, not at all like picture. I'll keep it as i refuse to pay return postage. They reply to e-mails in Chinese! Lesson learned.
FYI don’t order anything from SDecorShop. I didn’t know it was a business out of Hong Kong until reaching out about an order. When I realized it, I cancelled the order the exact same day I placed it which is allowed w/ a full refund according to the website. They shipped it anyways a week later. Told me to refuse the item & it would go back to them, but they’re only offering me a partial refund due to them paying return postage. The way they ship pkgs (parcel select) the pkg can’t be refused & returned. It’s considered dead mail & gets thrown away. So I paid postage to send it back & emailed them to let them know. They asked for the tracking number so I emailed it & it was delivered back to them last week. They offered me 10% off my next purchase instead of a refund.
i ordered the four fairies for 99 dollors, they were not as advertised. Very cheaply made, and some were clearly broken. i have been back and forth with Sdecoshop for a couple of weeks taking pics, and sending emails, and now they tell me that "through their investigation, nothing is wrong with my items its me that just doesn't want them", the nerve, now they want me to pay shipping cost for the items. i guess next time i'd better do more research.
I was ordering a Farmhouse Christmas Wreath, Boho Wreath, Holiday Wreath which was pictured with a woman barely able to hold it around her shoulder. The bells on the wreath judging from the size of the woman about 6 or 8 inches long with beautiful pine tree cuttings. It was also pictured as two wreaths on a large double door on a home. I got the wreath late and it was a Dollar Store wreath about 15 or 16 inches across and had plastic greenery. The bells made a small tinkling sound and measures 1 inch X 1 inch. To top this off, it cost $44.98 including shipping. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!
I ordered four, 6 foot cascading Christmas garland from this company. It was supposed to be delivered today. Instead I rec'd four small, cheap Santa pillow. I am so angry I could scream. I sent them an email and I will see if they reply
