I ordered my wife a pair of boots for Christmas from Buno Store. My experience was the same as Rene J Musolino's...the boots were cheaply made. I wrote to the company to ask for a refund and they said they have an agreement with their manufacturer and can't return them for a refund because they are custom made. Nobody came to my house to measure my wife's feet in order to custom-make the boots. Stay away from this company; they are a scam and a waste of money!!
The boots I ordered were so cheaply made and I have flip flops with a thicker sole than the boots. The sole of the booth was like a thin cardboard and the boot itself was thin and flimsy. I requested info to return them and was told they “were made to size and without flaws”. DO NOT buy anything from them
I ordered 2 pairs of boots and both came late and extremely poor quality. They used the cheapes material and they look rediculous!!!! Nothing like the pictures. They said I can't return for a refund because they are custome made. hahaha
I'm so disappointed. What a waste of money!!!!!!
Wish I had read this article before I purchased their shoes. They were made of the poorest quality materials one could imagine. Not to mention the foul odor that came from the bag once it was opened. I needed to double bag them to keep them from stinking up my house.
When I reached out to their “customer service” and complained, they responded with basically an “oh well” you can’t return them.
Buno is a scam. Products received are trash. Prices too good to be true

The Buno Store is a very bad online retailer. Avoid ordering anything on this site. The product I received was inferior, not true to size, was not returnable unless it was found to be “ defective” & they would not even make exchanges. The customer care e-mail I sent was a waste of time & I wasted my money on Buno Store.
Totally got scammed! Bought boots, took 20 days to arrive from California address (I live in WA State)...now trying to return as they are seriously not waterproof or even worth $10.00. They say the manufacturer will not allow or offer a return, only a replacement if the item does not arrive.
unfortunately, I purchased a pair of boots before I read this review. I received the boots today and they’re JUNK!! They’re thin & flimsy. I would compare them to toy boots, not much better then plastic shoes. I’m so disappointed! Lesson learned!
