ITEMS NEVER RECEIVED BUT CLAIMED IT WAS DELIVERED
MopaStore is stealing legitimate FedEx tracking numbers and using that information as if it is coming to your address. I don't have a PayPal account. Their website store used PayPal. I am on hold with PayPal as they try to figure out what to do on their end since I don't have an account. MopaStore website does not work. I have to go through my credit card company. I let PayPal know of what this store is doing and for them to be shut down. The store is out of Vietnam.
My FedEx tracking number says it was delivered at the gate. We don't have a gate.
Does anyone have an address to put on the FedEx claim form?
I paid Pay Pal. Did anyone get a refund?
Scam. Claimed delivery but was not received. They don't respond to complaints.

Order a baby crib set, got a tracking number followed it to delivery to find out the tracking number given was for someone else. Don't know how they got the tracking info for them.
Its a scam I ordered dog food on May 26th never received it I sent several email last week now nothing comes up guess they got my money
This site is a scam they sent out item I noticed it weighed only 17 lbs. When it should of weighed 60 lbs. So I canceled the fed ex shipping before it even arrived I have contacted mopastore at 3 different emails no answer back I noticed 1-800 number had too many numbers to call. I then contacted my bank but must wait 30 days to put fraudulent activity on charge I canceled my debit card to be safe. Do not order from this company it is a SCAM!! luckily I'm out only $45 but will get it back from bank. PayPal doesn't even help you mopastore went through PayPal.
How long takes me to get my order
I placed an order on July 15, 2021. It is July 24 and I have not received my merchandise, nor have I heard any thing thus far about delivery or anything else. I have been unsuccessful trying to email Mopa Stores. In fact their browser has been removed. I will contact my bank. Mopa Store is a fraud and a scam.

Suspicious site.
Ordered cheaper price, but when I checked the site, it does not exist the item.
It is scam.
Scam! I never received the product I ordered. Somehow they have manipulated delivery information. I received a FedEx tracking number for a shipment that was submitted the day BEFORE I even ordered the product. According to the shipment information I was given, the box weighed 10.5 pounds for a 2 pound product. AND it was allegedly delivered a mere 3 days after ordering, signed for by a person who does not live at this address. I have alerted FedEx. Plus, I have started a claim through PayPal. I am sending a complaint to the KS attorney general, since they are doing business in KS. Usually I do a good job of researching the online stores from which I order, but this time I was in a hurry.
Took my money and never received my package
I just purchased something on friday, money already processed out of my account/ I noted that the store name was not what showed up for the purchase and according to my bank the phone number listed is for a jewelry store while the charge comes out of a store called Stripe in Fredricksburg, Tx. Multiple signals it is a scam. I put in for a refund from my bank.
Same here calling bank now
This is a scam - I fell for it unfortunately - don't make the same mistake I did.
