I placed an order on 3rd August 2021
The tracking said it was arrived in Sydney on 30th September 2021 but it didn't move from there, I went to post office and asked about my parcel. He checked the tracking number and told me it had been delivered on 7th October. I ordered two children's rockers. They delivered a cheap plastic compass. So shuggamart are a scam .so disappointed they were Christmas present for my grandchildren.
I don't think they're legit. I never received my order. Please don't shop from them.
Same as the others - ordered months ago, no tracking , no contact, no delivery. Have emailed and messaged multiple times but no reply . Cross at myself for wasting my money .

Same here, and no reply. Never received a confirmation e-mail either. E-mail addresses are defunct. Looks very much like scam.
I ordered a wooden rocker for a toddler, with shipping around $40. I received a tiny plastic compass. They are answering e mails saying it was a mistake, allow 21 days to look into it, then do I want a reship or refund, asked for refund.....guess what??? No refund. Avoid. I feel so stupid. If it loks too good to be true, these days it really is.
I also placed an order on 8th August 2021...Nothing has arrived and it' now 22/09/2021...so I have been duped. Bogus site for sure.
I placed an order on 13/08/21 and still haven’t received it. Ordered for my baby boy and so upset he hasn’t got it yet, and maybe never will. Tracking isn’t updating for weeks and emails go unanswered, all just feels very suspect and worrying.
Same here. Ordered August 3. The money has been taken out of my account but no product. How did this company get such high reviews if this is the kind of service they do? I read over many reviews before I ordered this product. I am beyond frustrated.

I place order #5145 on August 15, 2021 and STILL am unable to track it. This was to be a birthday present for my grandson's birthday on Aug.30th. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I would like to know when (if) it will be delivered.
