I ordered from this website, thinking it was temu ( which I've had good luck with). I spent $31.00 and can't get ahold of them, my money or product. Does anyone have any idea how to get a hold?
You can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.

We order some stuff about three weeks ago & I sent a message they sad my stuff was being sent ,& I still have got it .
I just ordered from them on August 25 and I got a tracking number and a confirmation number which seem like it was legit. But as I was tracking it I noticed that it was tracking a weird way and now it’s saying that it’s in my area and some thing about pick up but they don’t give you any kind of information to pick it up. I tried to stop the transaction when I first made it because I started reading reviews that it was possible to scam. I contacted my bank yesterday and told them that I think I was scammed and they put a dispute on my card. Hopefully I can get my money back but it definitely is a scam.
Please, Please, PLEASE....EVERYONE LISTEN TO ME....this Joracd site is a total scam! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM! I have contacted my Attorney General in LIttle Rock, Ar., and they confirmed what I am saying! If you placed an order with these scammers, the only way to get your money back is to contact your credit card company that you paid for the item(s) for, and explain that this was a scam, and possibly them can get your money back! No way, I just got off chat with them and the do not support this so called company.
I ordered and paid??, then I asked for confirmation number and when I get my order, they gave me track number, when I checked it said shipped from china to? In Chinese language, it was under Temu logo, but my bank decline the transaction saying if you are the one who order try again but if you are not let us know and we will cancel the credit card, but they did not say it is scam but according to the comments look like I am scammed, be careful people
I was lucky. I tried to pay by PayPal but the option was not available, so I smelt a rat. Please stay away from this site everyone. Don't give them the pleasure of fleecing you.
I started looking at this site on Temu and ended up on joracd at check out and cancelled. Thank God.

that is 100 percent correct! Total SCAM! The only was to get your money back is to call the credit card company you paid with and have them to cancel the payments! I did! And got my money back!!!!!!!!
I use the TMEU site and isn't this a part of that online shop. I have had good customer experience with TEMU.
SO now how do I get my $$ refunded?
It is not part of Temu. They used their name. They have used QVC and BED BATH & BEYOND> They change their name and use association to get you hooked is what I think happens. I fell for it when they were with QVC. I would have lost money but my bank helped.
