They suck--the shoes were about 2 sizes smaller than they should be. NO RETURN POLICY!!
They offered me a 5% (FIVE) refund. It took about 10 weeks to get $13 back on a purchase of $45 worthless shoes.

Products I ordered, 2 pairs of allegedly orthotic supporting shoes, were shipped in an envelope scrunched into 1/3 their size. Shoes are 'unnamed'...shoes were NOTHING as advertised. I have disputed with credit card company and PayPal. Last offer was 35% discount which i have refused to accept. Shoes have less support than my bedroom slippers. I can say my experience has been awful. Their advertising, for these shoes, were totally a fabrication as product was NOT as advertised.
I have refused to accept anything but 100% return of monies.
Horuste is definitely a scam. The shoes advertised are not what you receive. They're cheap shoes, if you can even call them shoes. I tried to send them back and get a refund but they first offered me 10% back, and told me to keep the shoes. When I said that was unacceptable, they offered me 15%. I just stopped communicating with them and reported them to the BBB and the Office of Consumer Affairs. I'm out $65 for 2 pair of shoes I can't wear. The sizes I received are no way near what I ordered. Beware!!
I echo Richards's comment above. Ordered a pair of shoes and they sent the wrong size. Also, the quality was far from satisfactory. In fact, they were trash. After contacting their customer service three times, I was given the runaround. Finally, I was offered a 10% refund and told to keep the shoes and give them to a friend or relative. I wouldn't insult my friends or relatives with their trash. I'm contacting Paypal for compensation.
I hope someday that some kind of internet police comes into being where sites like this are prevented from starting and also forced out of business. If legitimate online businesses wish to continue, I strongly suggest they start policing the net before everyone wises up and no longer orders ANYTHING online.
what is the delivery schedule for order #18691, order date: may 13, 2022.
I used paypay and they have returned me the money. If you place an order with Horuste, keep your original receipt as in paypal shows under a different company, originally Liconic but they also use Crogreat and Yomepro. Contact Horuste for a refund and they will offer only 20 % refund. After I argued they lowered to 10 % refund.
I wrote two emails and I never got a response. I got the email from the site. I received the shoes yesterday. It was two different orders. I am very upset at the way both orders were stuffed together in a small box. To make it worst, the boxes were pieced together, it wasn't a shole box, it was scrapes of boxes. The shoes were wrinkled and crushed down. Another thing, the supposedly denim-looking shoes are WHAT? because these are a hot mess that was sent to me. The other shoes are nice but would be nicer if they were packed in their individual boxes. I will NEVER, NEVER, purchase anything from this company again. In order to run a reliable and trustworthy business, you have to be reliable and trustworthy My review will reflect the way I was treated, as well.
Ordered 3 pair of shoes and received shoes wrapped in plastic, not boxes and in various conditions having been in other hands before me.
The shoes are VERY poor mock-ups of what is shown in the advertisements and certainly are not “Made in USA” as shown… more likely a Wuhan wet market product.
The customer service site does not respond.
They are most certainly deceptive. The actual product looks nothing like pictures in add. The actual product is horribly cheap and flimsy. The sizes are incorrect. Impossible to get refund or return product for refund. They are simply scammers.....
I still havent resolve my problem with Horuste. Ordered a pair of shoes and sent a different pair. Offered me a refund of 15%, but never received it. I believe Horuste is a fraude and a scam, showing pictures of shoes and sending out different shoes and refusing to accept the return fees for the shoes.

Another note: The packaging was terrible, not very professional, just wrapped in plastic, you can see the indention on the toes of the shoes. Sorry to be just a big complainer, but I expect what I purchased.

1st problem was a tracking number that did not work still waiting for my delivery. e mailed company with no reply will see how this works out hope it is not another ripoff scam company
