This company is absolute BS. They advertise a “30-day satisfaction guarantee with no questions asked” but that’s NOT what happens. They started by offering 5% and after ten ‘automated’ email exchanges I’m up to 40%. They also threaten saying I have to ship the shoes back at a lot of expense. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
This is a rip off shoes are not what they said and take two months to receive and then when you ask for a refund they give you the runaround I paid $50 for a pair of rubber slippers and they and I still waiting for the the company to response THIS company is a rip off
not legit. The Cozygoody pop-up ad is identical to an ad on Amazon displaying the same shoe by a different company. Absent a deeper review at Amazon, I believe the Amazon vendor legitimate. I should have stayed within Amazon simply because they have a decent internal eval/review system based on the customer feedback.
Further, I have not been able to contact customer support through their website. At their ad it said "Made in the USA', yet the footwear arrived in two weeks from an overseas location with a tracking number originating overseas and which I could not track.
The bottom line, the footwear bore no size, manufacturing/material labels or care instructions and aside from general characteristics, in no way came close to the shoe advertised.
I shared this info with Amazon but did little good since I did not purchase through them. Am attempting to submit this info to any website addressing this problem.
I bought a men's shoes from them. There was no email confirmation, no invoice, no deliver info. After 3 weeks, I started worry. From google , I saw a lot of negative comments. So I dispute the charge , Cozygoody refunds money to credit card. A few days later, I received the shoes, sending from NY JFK airport. I send email to their service ask how to return, no reply. Compare to the same brand I bought from Amazon, Cozygoody sells fake product , quality is so poor.
Not legit. I bought shoes that were not as described. Also during manufacture they got blue paint on the sides of the white plastic sole. Design is such poor quality I wouldn't insult a homeless person by giving to them. Billed as soft and comfortable, actually hard as a rock and fabric near the heal will surely cause a blister. They are a Chinese company not a USA. Shipping much later than promised, came in not as described. Wide width was very narrow, hard not flexible, uncomfortable. Late in delivery directly from China with a return address of a phony name made up by seller of (they most likely meant John) Joe Doe at JFK airport who I was threatened by seller not to ship back to the return address.
Total SCAM!! Shoe product is inferior, wrong size, and will haggle with the customer about price return and then cut off communications totally. Cozy Goody is totally unreliable as a business!!!
Purchased shoes from them. Very cheaply made and not what they claimed the shoes were. They responded to my first email asking me to send pics of the shoes. I did. But they never got back to me. I have sent them multiple e-mails. What a scam! Do not fall for like I did
This company should be classified as scam artists. Unfortunately, I did not check before my purchase but rest assured I will not be buying anything from any foreign company ever again . The sandals I ordered were so cheaply made and ill fitting they were not worth the price I paid.

Sneakers are JUNK and can't get a full refund
Complete GARBAGE!!! I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the box. The "shoes" they sent me were literally made of cardboard. Total RIP-OFF, DO NOT ORDER from this pathetic excuse of a company. I requested a refund, so far I've not received a response.
I ordered a pair of shoes, JUNK China shoes I cannot wear, not as advertised. I sent an email, got a broken English reply. We give 10% back, you keep USEABLE SHOES.

Shoes are really house slippers. No support. Sides are like soft form material. Men's shoes are narrow like women's shoes. Can't believe PayPal is supporting them. Impossible to get a refund. Shoes arrived with no return address in soft packaging probably because shoes have no support.

Stay away from this place. I ordered shoes because they were one of the few sites that offered a 12.5 wide. When I received the shoes, I couldn't even get my foot in them. I contacted the company and they told me they would only refund me 10% of the purchase price.

Men's Arch Support Non-Slip Walking Shoes. I purchased a pair and they are nothing more than poor quality foreign junk shoes, not worth the price I paid for the shipping.
As soon as I seen the way they were shipped I-new I-got-GOT. The shoes came rapped in a plastics- No box. I broke one of the pull on loops on first try on. This cozygoody Company spends more on Quality Advertising lies - than on quality shoes. My findings, this coozygoody Company is a SCAM.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from cozygoody last week. Did not receive order. There is no contact phone. I emailed them..no reply. I do not usually buy from unfamiliar places and I think it may be phony. My Oder was about $130.
I bought shoes from them and they were not as represented. Also claimed to be made in USA but were cheap shoes made in China. Tried to return and they gave me the runaround. Filed complaint with PayPal and PayPal was worthless in helping.

This website is run by the same jerks that ran horuste.com. It's even the same website. They send you the wrong size shoe which of course is actually Made in China. Then they'll offer a whopping 5% refund if unhappy, which believe me, you will be. Nothing about this company or website is legit. Word.

ordered mens shoes from online catalog and received a inferior product of slippers in a size 7..I had ordered a size 12. I contacted the company and as requested sent them the fedx copy and the return address which was Joe Do in New York. There response was do not send the item back to that address however in the next 6 emails I received they never gave me a return address or offered a RMA form. There comment has been it was as ordered and therefor not their problem. ASKED for a copy of my order, never received except for a Chinese scan symbol.then they offered a 15% refund but cautioned me not to sent back the wrong product because it may not get there. Still no return address.in a few days received an offered of 20% refund. I finally accepted it but probably will never receive it. I HVE KEPT ALL EMAILS SENT AND RECEIVED AND WILL USE THEM TO SEND TO THE BBB Returning to their online site no longer shows the item I ordered

It must be scam! I had no idea I was calling London England. I’m 80 years old & fairly low tech so I guess easily taken advantage of. I just thot I was ordering a pair of shoes.
