After many emails back-and-forth, nothing still has not been resolved. I had ordered the wind chimes and when it arrived one of the prisms was broken & not able to reattach. I was asked to send a picture and a video of the broken items. Each email I was asked to send a picture, again. And finally a video, again. All I was asking was to send me another prism and not replace the whole item. Is it too late to dispute this charge on my credit card?
