What is Vitreso .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling various products like EASY AUTOMATIC RIVET TOOL SET, MAGIC METAL KINETIC SCULPTURE, VALENTINE'S FOREVER ROSE HEAD, NO FOGGING TRANSPARENT FACE SHIELD, 2 IN 1 MASTER IRON PRO, LOVE ETERNAL WOODEN DECORATION ORNAMENTS, 5 IN 1 KEYBOARD & EARPHONE CLEANER, PORELESS DEEP CLEANSE GREEN TEA MASK, ANGLE GRINDER EXTENSION CONNECTING ROD, WATERPROOF SOLAR GARDEN AGAVE LAMP, EASTER BUNNY DOOR WREATH, ARTIFICIAL PLANT TOPIARY BALL, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Vitreso is categorized as one of the suspicious sites because of the following drawbacks on its website:

Company Address:

It has mentioned its parent company's name and address on its Terms of Service page as Hymax Company Limited: 344-354 Gray's Inn Road, London, Greater London, England, WC1X 8BP. We also don't find any evidence that Vitreso is operated by Hymax Company Limited. It has also provided the image of its parent company’s name and address instead of writing directly on its website which is mostly done by sites when they copy-paste other company’s address so that no one can find them searching the given parent company name and address on Google. Moreover, this company name is found to be used by other suspicious sites like Customizism, Easylice, Eockpull, Dpruin, Odistant, Tungbb, RedRosese, YohaWigsShop, VzzHome, PinkingHikes, OwnerOak, MacysHomeShop, GoldLuckies, Oglmove, Olsonery, Clarkod, Etsyyoda, ZavinaLifeStore, CwdeStore, Cabintax, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a site for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. service@henwinto.com is not related to its domain name.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address Hymax Company Limited: 344-354 Gray's Inn Road, London, Greater London, England, WC1X 8BP, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell its products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website including its website theme match with multiple scam sites. Its About Us page is also similar with multiple other sites like Confidencessy, SeriouseOnline, VgaekwShop, Hirmall, Fevmall, Nuwmall, Hivmall, Kawmall, Qabmall, Guzmall, Nuymall, MaicShop, Pusmall, Easylice, Topqwer, Mcglb, etc.

Likewise it has mentioned the website domain name of another website rather than its own on its Privacy Policy, etc. pages i.e. Indebtedmix.com but it has not provided any details about its link with that website whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if they have any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From the above stated reasons, we can conclude that Vitreso is one of the suspicious websites.

You can find the lots of suspicious sites listed within our “Suspicious” category by clicking >HERE< or you can find about various kinds of scams by scrolling within our “Scams” category by clicking >HERE< or you can navigate our website through our home page to find out the several interesting and knowledgeable articles under different categories by clicking >HERE<.

If you want to say something about this company, then please feel free to place your comment below. Also feel free to share this review with your friends and families through your social media accounts to make them aware of this online store.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

  1. After many emails back-and-forth, nothing still has not been resolved. I had ordered the wind chimes and when it arrived one of the prisms was broken & not able to reattach. I was asked to send a picture and a video of the broken items. Each email I was asked to send a picture, again. And finally a video, again. All I was asking was to send me another prism and not replace the whole item. Is it too late to dispute this charge on my credit card? After reading your information this must be one of the scam sites.
