I can not recommend Haceal as a real online shop. I purchased a frock .but they not deliver me and said due to COVID-19 pendamic . However they are going to refund my money. But not sure. They told its take 10-15 business days to do it. Actually its really fact what i can understand about Haceal.

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks and haven't heard back. 2months ago I odered the same shoe and still no refund they said 10-15 days and still no refund. The second pair was ordered through a company called haceal. The first pair was with the company called Gocael. Where is my money for refund of the first pair i ordered, and my other pair of shoes I ordered 3 weeks ago
