Same I did as well around that time and still nothing. What's more is now the website and Facebook page has been taken down. Service@aidreybe.com is the email I was pointed to before the took thier Facebook page down. I emailed them prior and they said they couldn't find my order. They asked what email I used to make the order I told them it's the same email I'm using to contact them. But I will continue to email until they take down thier email . Last time I buy anything from an ad I see on Facebook.

I made an order on the 14/10/2022, I have tried to track my order it says nothing like there is no such order, obvious I lost my money
Ordered two months ago and also have not received anything. Everytime you ask about your order they tell you to wait 15-20days. Now I was told there was something wrong during customs inspection so my order was returned to the warehouse. It's a whole scam!

Audreybe is a S C A M. I placed an order in June 2022, and by the end of the month, the shipment was "still awaiting shipment". I emailed them, and they said if it weren't shipped by July 15, I would get my full refund. I emailed again on July 25, and they said it would take 10-15 days to process my refund - but it may take "longer" to reach my bank.
It is September 2022 now. I have yet to receive my money back and likely NEVER will.
Please do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy anything from Audreybe. Even when merchandise is advertised at a steal surface on social media - DO NOT purchase from them. At your first whiff of doubt - do not buy anything. Take it as a sign that they will s t e a l your money.
Please always pay attention to the payment page before you cash out. If there is no PayPal option, don't buy anything because PayPal's Buyer Protection won't insure your money, nor can the seller's (or scammers like Audreybe) be tracked.
i also placed an order in June and sill waiting i ask them to cancel my order but i know i wont get a refund i can just kiss my money good buy.
This shop is a big scam. I have ordered 2 sjoes, paid it back in July,2022 yet i have not received my items. I requested a refund, they said 10-15 wkdays. Its Sep already yet i dont have my refund?

I was scam too in this site i order a lot of shoes and clothing its already 3 months i never have my refund be careful to this kind of site need to repory to authorities to protect us from scammers

I ordered on this sita and made payment 12 July 2022.
Today is 23 August 2022, in Johannesburg, South Africa and i have not received my order.
I emailed them and they tell me payment can not be found.
I do not know what else to do.
I ordered from Audreybe back in June 2022 it’s now Aug 17 and I received an empty postage bag with only a label with a order number and a tracking number but no items! Very unsatisfied here and in total disgust with them.

they dont have a number but they email addres is service@ audreybe.com but even if you mail them they will just tell you lies ask me
I am truly under the impression that Audreybe.com is a complete scam. I say this because I recently placed an order with them. Not only have I not received my purchased items but I have gotten no response from their service email address to the several emails sent inquiring about my order. Each sent weeks apart to give them time to address the issue. But I have heard nothing. Absolutely nothing from them. They don't even have a customer service number to get in contact with them. Live and learn as they say. I know better for next time.
That is very true, They took my money 77 Dolors to pay the shoes that it will never be arrived. Facebook should stop this scam bug
