It happened the same to me. I ordered 3 pair of shoes, I tried to cancel order on time, they accepted cancelation due to the long waiting. They promised to send my refund in 15 business days, it has been more than a month and I haven't received anything. They stole my $50.00 is unfair.
I ordered two pair of shoes back in February of this year. It's September I have contacted them when they finally answered me back they told me they would send me a full refund due to long wait time or I could wait in my shoes. I have not received either. I can not get anyone to contact me back now .
