Ordered $50 worth of stuff July 27,2022, it's now November 6th 2022 and nothing. I have emailed them more times when I can count, they do reply but with the same message all the time and that is that they are preparing to ship it's out of their hands it's in the warehouse now, they even tell me if I cancel my order it would be a shame because it's so close to being delivered. It's been so long now I don't even know if my bank will help me out I will have to accept my loss, take this as a learning lesson and when you find a great deal it's probably a scam. This company needs to be shut down I don't know how but someone must know the avenues to go to get rid of these scammers .??

I got ripped off by Onnever also thankfully for less than 30.00. I ordered July 15th and have not recieved anything. I have emailed them only to get the response of "awaiting shipment". I have recently asked for a full refund and have not recieved any response geim them since
I told them I notified the FBI and they responded saying the items were inexpensive did I want to cancel order. I just sent them another e mail but of course no items have been sent . I also notified credit card company. I do believe this is all a scam

It´s been two months since Iplace the order to purchase prodcuts on theor website but HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM AT ALL. My account says the payment went through, however it keeps sending me emails saying that items that i didn not want were "waiting " on my cart. the status of my purchase says : " waiting shipping" still in TWO MONTHS. I tried to emails them just yesterday and today but have NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONS. I read now that many people had SAME PROBLEM....it is a SCAM....THE SITE WAS CREATED JUST ON LAST APRIL 25TH THIS YEAR, FEW MONTHS AGO...THAT´S WHY THERE IS NOT EVEN MANY REVIEWS ABOUT THEM. and searching engines can´t locate them to research either. Learnt my lesson for sure.
Same thing happened to me. It's been over 10 weeks since I placed my order. Only $32 thank God, but still. The emails I get are "Please be patient", blah blah blah. I emailed them saying as long as my order is still in process any and all suspicious activity to my personal information will be credited to them and reported accordingly. Lesson learned.
PS. It appears there are multiple other companies who present themselves the same. Please beware!

I also have been scammed I placed an order on June 6, 2022, I have yet to receive anything. I began investigating and can find any valid contact information. Very disappointed but I guess everyone should realize that your dollar can’t be stretched that far. I recommend ordering through a reliable established company. DO NOT ORDER through this company unless you like throwing away money!

I can't believe I feel for this fraudulent clothing company Onnever .com. It was ridiculous to see how cheap their prices were. (I thought it was one of those moments sales) I ordered 38 items for $90.80. Never again will I order from an online store that pop's out in Facebook. Totally disappointed ?.

Stupidly I ordered from onnever, when it came to me waiting 2 weeks & still no order delivered I started emails them, their reply was always your order is confirmed please wait patiently for delivery. When I asked them that I needed my order by the 30/6/22 as needed for holiday again reply was exactly the same. However when I said if I didn’t receive my order by the latest 30/6/22 or i would cancel my order & demand a full refund their reply was your order is dispatched by our warehouse & is out of our hands. So unfortunately I’m not holding my breath of ever receiving my order or ever seeing my money again, luckily it’s a low amount of £25 I would hate it for anyone to spend loads of money on this company & end up like me, empty handed & out of pocket.

!. They spell their name two different ways on the website: Onnever and Onever. 2. In their terms & conditions, they clearly state that they take responsibility for nothing. 3. There is no information regarding a returns policy. When I emailed them requesting their policy they responded "You could kindly check the detail on the website." This is definitely a NOT a legitimate company.
