I ordered a hair removal device. Had an invoice of £27 and when I check my bamk details I have been charged about £35. I emailed them. No reply. Looks like I have been scammed and I won't be receiving my item . What a waste of money ?
A scamming company for sure. I ordered a product which I instantly regretted so emailed them immediately to cancel the order and they replied that it had already been shipped so I could not cancel, it would have been impossible for that to be true so my gut instinct was proved right.
I waited for the product to arrive, 5-7 days delivery was advised on their FB site that I ordered from, I wrote a couple of comments in reply to questions about delivery time, I was honest not rude but they deleted my comments. After 23 days I received a product that was of such bad quality, nothing like the image they used to promote it and it was damaged, no packaging was used to protect it during shipping.
I emailed them saying it was not acceptable and I wanted a refund, they replied that they were sorry I was unhappy but it was the correct product so there is nothing they will do.
DO NOT order from this company.
I ordered a hair removal product called yes hair remover it came finally the day before yesterday I did as instructed and yesterday plugged it into charge ,five mins later big bang and a huge spark I luckily hadn't gone out as I was going to earlier and had decided to have breakfast lucky I did I ran shaking to turn off all the mains electric the socket was black and smoking the charger of the product blown in half and I have pictures the emergency services and electrician determined the charger caused it and if I hadn't been in it could have caused a fire I've emailed the company twice saying I want reimbursed and wnat the bill paid by them for the damage I'm being billed for for them fixing the socket for my local housing association house and they won't reply I tried posting the pictures on their page and a comment as I told then if they didn't reply I will make sure everybody knows as they are operating under different company's and it appears they have already blocked me somehow from posting on their Facebook pages also meta from Facebook said I was violating community standards and their policy's and my account is being suspended lol but this usually happens straight away and I'm still so far on Facebook funny how it only came up when I tried to warn people on their page I am so scared this will happen to poor unsuspecting people and fatalitys happen .
Ordered stuff off them in November 2022 never received anything stay away from this site
Read my review it will horrify you im still shaken up by the charger exploding and it could have burnt down my flat and omg scary this wqs for the yes hair remover and they won't respond to ke either plus they took double off my credit card then what I purchased complete scammers .
