Scammed!!! I purchased Halloween items in September 2022. No items ever came.
I ordered back in october no items and at first I got emails back but now says cant be found to send them. So I think they decided to block me because I asked about my purchase. Dont bother ordering from them

Well I’m out quite a bit of money with this sight . Beware !!! Not sure why banking companies don’t have them listed a a scam company and red flag the account if they try to process something every company that withdraws money from your account should have proper information before bank proceeds with that transaction. That’s why we have a bank to protect us.
I placed an order on Sept 7, 2022. To date, I have not received the merchandise or my refund. I have sent, and received, several e-mails but no merchandise or a credit.

You can still get back your money if contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using your PayPal account, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review. Good Luck!
We order some hallowe’en clothes and customes, super exited and until today we still haven’t gotten our clothes, and we cannot get in contact with them at all, kinda pissed about it.

I am about to do the same. all the contact info doesn't go through, so once they take your money, you can either wait with fingers crossed or cancel transaction. service@ ***** none of them work.
I stupidity ordered from this place and needed to change a size . So when I went to send them an email that they said was their customer service email. It came back as not found. I canceled my payment..
