Buyer beware: Do not order from this site. It is a scam. They do not believe in exchanges or returns and will not refund. They are running a corrupt racket. Please do not be fooled by their products. Cause they have a very deceiving way of selling their products. Don't fall for their deceiving advertisements. I repeat, IT'S A SCAM ! ! !
I had the same issue, ordered the viking pizza axe. What arrived didn't have any engraving on the blade and the cover was not leather. Took two months to arrive. Complained and their response was just "we're sorry you're not satisfied but the item is correct". Correct my foot!
I haven't received my order from this company.
I ordered the "Handmade Pizza Cutting Hatchet, with Leather Sheath". It took 3 months to arrive and was a far INFERIOR quality to what was shown in the advertising. The real deal is shown as a forged, high quickly blade with some foreign script markings, mounted on a solid hickory handle, and a fully stitched, leather cover. The item that arrived is a 1.2mm thick stainless sheet fabrication, no markings, and a crappy pine handle and vinyl cover. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE RIP OFF JERKS!!
You basically wrote my review for me, Glen. The transaction started off strong, with shipment originating in Cork, Ireland, and slowly making its way to, and through, US Customs. Then the package disappeared in Columbus, OH and dropped off the radar. When I emailed them, they suddenly claimed the package had left somewhere in China, offered a completely different tracking number, played dumb about the original package, and told me that I just needed to be patient. How it mysteriously reappeared in China with a different tracking number is beyond me, but I smelled a skunk. Lol Fortunately, I used PayPal, and they immediately refunded the charged amount - which was almost $10 more than the original transaction! I’m guessing PayPal was already aware of issues with this vendor. Anyway, when the package arrived it was far inferior to what I had purchased, and the “leather” sheath was no more than some low-quality vinyl. You’ve earned yourselves a bad reputation, Anverageof. If I had a valid address for returns, I’d return this piece of junk with no request for refund, of course.
