Don't worry, your package will finally arrive. I ordered on 3/25 and it arrived on 4/8. All the items were as advertised, and I love the comfort, style, and fit. I too was worried that Derandy was a scam, but it is not. We are all just too used to Amazon arriving overnight.
Ordered a dress. Way, way to long. Will not honor return policy. Had to send pictures of dress. Offered me $8.00 and told me to keep the dress. A waste of money. Company sent me a dress that was nothing like the picture shown. Paid over $50.00 and now have something I can't wear. Stay away from Derandy. No integrity and poor products.

Got ripped off also, the dresses came but were not at all the size I ordered. They will not respond to my repeated emails to return. That was a huge mistake. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
Received dress. Pretty pattern. Basically made of plastic. Beyond cheap material. Darting at the bust is very unfortunately and embarrassingly placed. Garment is unwearable without being laughed at. Seeing reviews, not worth my aggravation to return since company is not trustworthy. Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Will donate to a shelter. So disappointed.
They got my money and I never received my item. Stay away from them. Any anyone got a phone number?
I ordered a dress on 3/4/22 and it is now 3/24/22 and I have received nothing, nor have I received anything saying it's been shipped. However they did charge my credit card. I am calling my credit card company now.
This is a scam I cant even find a way to send my merchandise back
When I tried to email a complaint to email address provided, the address was not accepted when I tried to send. Had to contact my credit card to cancel order within 24 hrs of ordering.
I received my items but they were way too small. I followed their return instructions and they want to only give me $36.00 for compensation and keep the items. I paid 100.00! Not happy!
I was interested in an item which gave fabric content as 75 % Cotton, 15 % Polyester ,10% Elastane.. when I read the description it said content was 65 % Rayon, 35% Elastane. I went on the Thread and asked for exact content . Tried to go to website and can’t find a place to contact them.

I ordered 3 shirts all in the same size. Only one of the three fit so I requested an address to return them for a full refund. They offered me $10 refund for over a $60 purchase and keep the shirts. I cannot use them. I asked again and got an offer of $20, not! I asked again and was offered $35 because shipping costs are too high and they do not want the products back. BEWARE!
Got ripped off by them. Won't honor their 30 day money back guarantee and their clothes are not made in America, like their web site says, but in China. They've offered me 3 different amounts of money to keep the dresses but not the full amount. Thankful I did not use my credit card but paypal instead.
