I ordered and cancelled immediately following order as the payment appeared to go to different company via PayPal which made me suspicious. They refuse to cancel order and refund even though their published terms and conditions say they should and say I have to wait for order and send video proof if there is something wrong. I have already logged them as a company of concern with my bank and after 15 days bank will investigate.order has not arrived and all I get is crap messages from the,. I will also be logging dispute with paypal
I wish I’d seen this beforehand too - will certainly be more careful next time. Because it was advertised on Facebook thought ok. My order sent 3 weeks ago but still no delivery although they said 2-3 weeks & the money was taken out of my Bank straightaway!
Don’t know how would get money back? Its not really good enough - people should be warned I feel.
I wish l had read your post before ordering from them! I received two shirts that l ordered but at a considerably smaller size than l ordered (their sizing chart does not match sizes of clothing!) Also clothing very poorly made. They refuse to refund me or give me a return address to send shirts back.
I have logged a dispute with my credit card company but take this experience as a lesson learnt!!
