I ordered a generator from this company over seven months ago. To date I have not received the generator and they have or responded to any of my emails requesting information about the generator.
It appears to me that the company is best described as being dishonest, a bunch of crooks.
Iv order in July 2021 a stand up paddle board & pad in full still Not received it sent email to there customer support team but u don't here anything back & tracking number is fake web site a scam.
2 orders no response! Both Poor customer service! Shipping order# was able to tack until Sept 5th and now it says tracking has expired.
We purchased a generator from this company months ago and it never came. I have sent at least 50 inquiries to them at their SUPPORT@ANTHEAD>CLUB website and never had any reply. The card was cancelled after payment went through and they have never refunded our money or replied to any inquiries. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE BANNED FROM SELLING AND PROSECUTED FOR STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY. BEWARE BUYERS....PAY FULL PRICE IF YOU HAVE TO....THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGIT!

I ORDERED A $49.99 GENERATOR FROM THIS COMPANY BACK IN JULY IT IS NOW OCTOBER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM NOT EVEN A RESPOND TO MY EMAILS I HAVE SENT TO THEIR SUPPORT TEAM.

Order was for 2-tiered toolbox. have not seen it advertised for past several weeks.

I ordered the same toolbox on Aug 8 - what I got in the mail wasn't a toolbox, it was 2 facemasks. I believe this was sent in order to look like it was a valid package that I was able to track. My credit card company is currently investigating. Around Aug 10 I also ordered 2 mitre saws but never got a tracking number - I reported to my Credit card company and they have refunded me the cost of the order after investigation. This website is a total CAM - SCAM - SCAM - stay away!!!!
I ordered one (1) Generator for $49.99 on August 13th 2021. On August 14, 2021 they charged my credit card for $99.98. I immediately e mailed them and cancelled. They ignored me. On August 20, 2021 they emailed me that they had shipped. On September 7, 2021 I received 2 paper face masks. I have turned them over to my credit card company for fraud, filed a fraud report with the Federal Trade Commission and am actively trying to get my money back.
I ordered two items, never received. They advertise on MSNBC.com.

We have not received our two paddle boards and paddles either. We ordered on 10 July and it's now 28 August. I believe this is a scam.

it's a joke... they're advertising a gas powered generator that retails for near $1,000 for "49.99 + free shipping" (it weighs 99 pounds) - there must be a sucker born every minute

I received two mouth caps, instead of the supboard. Feel stupid i orderd here.
I saw their ads on USA today newspaper and thought it was a legit site and purchased a generator. I just knew if it was in a prominent website and USA Today I just knew it was to good to believe. A generator for $49.00 that normally cost $400-$500. I emailed them at support@anthead.club
and support@simonabessemer.club the customer support contact addresses.
We did the same thing. They never respond and you don't get your money back. I have never seen such corruption.....they steal your money and never respond to any email inquiries. They should be banned from selling anything. WHAT A SCAM!
