These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Placed an order in February of last year. Still haven't received what I ordered and have never received a response from the company regarding my order or concerns. Rip-off is an understatement.
Avoid this place! I purchased 2 of those sand art machines that create designs with a marble for $60. My product was marked as delivered but never showed up. I have emailed them for 4 months and they will not respond. I have left two reviews but they remain as "pending" and never get posted. And as of today, they revamped their website, and (unless I'm wrong) it looks like they got rid of the review section. SCAM!
Seems scammy. Ordered some stuff. Never received any of it ”had logistics problems” they said apparently went back to China.
Said they’d refund in 1-3 weeks.
Going to go ahead and open incident with credit card and call it a day. Lesson learned.
Going to build my own endless sand table.
This website is fraudulent. Do not trust. Ordered a magnetic sand art table from them after following an ad on Facebook and later received 2 cheap medical face masks from china with the matching tracking number i received in the confirmation email.
