I ordered a wirlly flamingo from Amity-Flower. This company is a scam. The photos of the product are different than the item. They advertise that it is metal, when it came it is plastic. It is a lot smaller than in the photo and the post to mount it on is about half the size of the one in their photo. When you put it on the post it is almost touching the ground. It was missing parts. It came poorly packaged and it took a long time to get it. They would not answer me when I emailed them about that it was plastic. The only thing they said was they sent the correct item. No refund or exchange. The place is a scam!
I purchased one of the rooster hanging flower basket. I admit it took awhile to arrive but I received plenty of emails updating my status.
However. When the item finally arrived at my home (,Australia) I was disappointed with the size of it. The advert shoes it as a size to be able to plant numerous flowers in it, however realistically, the planter part of the body was about 8 inches. So although it did arrive. The size was very disappointing
Definitely a SCAM shop. I'm the owner of USA Planter and see that this shop is using pictures of my products to scam people. I'm a US based small business and manufacture all my own planters.
I ordered 2 items and as of Dec 10 they have stopped showing any movement supposedly they are in Raleigh company keeps sending be patient messages and saying items being updated still no tracking updates shipping company does not have any way of contacting them I feel totally scammed I have filed a claim and hope to get my money back through pay pal I found this store on Facebook so sad that these scam companies make you not want to order from other companies that are legit I don’t see how they can get away with this
I bought the bird boxes for a lot of money, two complete sets for our business. The measurements were 16 inches when they came they were the size of Xmas tree ornaments about two inches and total junk. They were using a different web name and had disappeared when I tried to contact them, scam scam scam
I ordered a product from Amity-Flower .com on June 7, 2022 and have not yet received my product as of August 1st. I have e-mailed their support team several times and their responses have been "please be patient," "we are sorry for the delay," " the delay in logistics is something neither of us wants to see," " we will inform the shipping company to expedite the shipment of your parcel," blah, blah, blah. Needless to say, I would discourage anyone from ordering anything from this company. Hoping to get my money back somehow. Disappointed in this "company" and my lack of research before ordering from them.
