  1. absolutely angry I spent $200 not knowing anything about this company. I guess that’s my stupidity. Haven’t received a tracking number or anything it’s been over two weeks. I’ve emailed emails and emailed them and no response other than they’re on vacation they’ll be back 6 October. It’s just one thing after another very angry and pissed off would never order from them ever again

  2. ink Laura is a scam retailer who reposts ad videos from other existing clothing retailers pretending it’s their own designs. You only learn the fraud once you receive the items after obvious misinterpretation including different materials, poor design and cheap quality and despite having a full refund policy, they don’t allow you to return the merchandise and honour your refund by not providing the return address and claiming the shipment will cost you $50 US and instead try to convince clients to take a 10-20% discount instead.

    See other cases here: (https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/www.pinklaura.com)

Despite repeated emails and requests, they consistently reply with excuses for the quality of their products by blaming loss of revenue during the pandemic and even play the pity game by saying the offered discount would be deducted from the employee salary.

The return and refund policy page of their website is no longer accessible, where its now written “404 ERROR -Page not found”

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT RETAILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! THE PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE AND THEY WON'T REFUND IN FULL LIKE IT STATES!!!!!!!

  4. Scam ..company will take your payment with no intention of sending a product. I having been waiting a month and a half after being sent a message my products was in transit. Nervous about the quality after reading some of the comments.

  5. Although the price of the store's baby is low, I personally feel that the quality is really good. I like the exquisite workmanship and style, and the fabric is soft and skin friendly.

  6. I think I have to recommend this one I bought. It's just the right length and it's very slim. It makes me look great

  7. My friend recommended this clothing store to me, then I went shopping and bought a pair of slacks, and after receiving the goods, the quality really exceeded my expectations and was particularly satisfied.

  8. I think I'm in love with this store! I've lost count of the number of clothes I bought here, and I love them all.

  9. I like the style of clothes in this shop very much. Summer is coming, I decided to buy two more short sleeves

  10. I also bought a dress from this store and it has been delivered. The quality looks good and it looks good on me. I think I will go there again next time.

  11. The goods match the description, comfortable on the body, a very pleasant shopping, next time will come to this shop to buy other styles of clothes!

  12. It has been reviewed several times. The quality is very good, the model is slim, the fabric is soft, and it is very comfortable to wear. The shopping is very enjoyable and worth the money!

  13. This dress is better than I imagined and I am very satisfied with it. The size recommended by the customer service is also accurate. Thank you very much for the patient communication of the customer service.

  14. The actual color is slightly different from the picture, but it is also very good-looking, and I am satisfied.

  15. I have bought a skirt, the color and texture are very good, but it is a little thin. overall good

  16. ordered 3 items from this company. All items were made of terribly. Strings hanging from everywhere, fabric super thin, and sizes are all jacked up. I ordered a Small regular based on the sizing chart. The pants went at least 1.5" above my ankle. The fabric on the stretchy onesie jumpsuit was not stretchy or big like depicted on the pictures and video. I emailed trying to return and they beat around the bush and basically have refused to send a return address. They also told me if I decided to return it it would cost me $70 for shipping and they wont pay for it. That I would be better off taking a 10% refund or giving them to a friend or thrift store. $85 down the drain! I when your a single mom of 3 wasting money isn't an option. I HOPE EVERYONE READS THESE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING

  17. Order 5 pairs of pants, they came, they seem nice but they are about 5 sizes too small. When I contacted them to return them for a refund they asked what my measurements are, I replied it doesn't matter I want to return these. Second reply is you can return them at your own cost, we won't pay the shipping and the shipping is more that the refund you would get so I guess these are going to goodwill.

  18. Terrible...added 2 sweat suits! Not at all... terrible sewing terrible material it's so thin and awful do not order from this company

  19. Absolutely terrible. Will beg you not to return because they have not been profitable. Cannot return anyway, so will suggest providing discounts - I have a lengthy email chain beginning with a request to cancel the order but they were sent anyway, clothes are house.

  20. Also ordered the wide leg dress pants and they’re awful. Cheap nasty fabric, ill fitting, short and poorly constructed. Look nothing like the pairs advertised OR the pairs in the reviews on the website. Trying to get a refund so we’ll see how I go.

  21. Ordered the cute super stretchy overalls and they came today. Not at all like the ad. The material might as well be cheap bed sheets, don’t fit, no stretch. Sooo disappointed!!!

  22. Just received my order. Those wide leg dress pants everyone wants. They are horrible. DO NOT ORDER!! also the jumpsuit. It actually feels like plastic.

  23. Unfortunately seems like a scam. Have not received merchandise yet money was debited from my account over a month ago.

  24. Ordered an item for Christmas from Pink Laura, they said it was delivered last week. However, after reviewing my Ring camera nobody made any deliveries at all. Contacted them, phone number was no good. Emailed them, they never replied. The country code for the phone number they provide is +86 which is China. The "links" to Visa and other pictures they put on their website to add authenticity are not real, they are just pictures. Legitimate websites who advertise they are "Visa" approved, the picture is a link to Visa. Theirs are not.

  25. Just been scammed by this whatever it is. Clothes are horrible. Can't return. They wanted my measurements and pictures of me in the clothes. Stay away!!!

  26. I have had nothing but trouble trying to return products for a full refund. Do not put hase from the company. It is a waste of time and money. It didn't seem like a scam because the prices weren't marked down that much.

  27. Scam. Scam. Scam. I can’t get an answer from the email I sent. I need to return an item marked Medium which is tiny. Don’t buy from them. Not really legit.
