I have ordered 4 shoes total cost of $144 and never received any shipping conformation. They are scam for sure.
I am currently waiting for my order of shoes( total of $105).... from the 29 january 2024....up to now theres no clear communication
Item received was not as advertised. Getting a run around about returning the item. Total scam!
I was looking forward to receiving these shoes. They looked so pretty in black.
I put them on as soon they arrived and they were so small, I could not even put them on my feet.
I have worn a size 10 all of my adult life, and these were a size 8 at best.
I contacted customer service right away for a return/refund and just got a short note telling me I must not have measured correctly. No refund.
I did not get a response to a second note.
I advise strongly against ordering from this company.
Shoes arrived and looked VERY different from the online pictures. The color, texture, heel height and soles were vastly different. Looks super cheap. Unsure how to return them. Do not buy!!!!
I have ordered shoes which are too big, i asked how to just exchange but without success. I will not use anymore websites from that region. I had a blouse which was too small paid 20 they gave me 2.80 back. Pity i loved the shoes.
Warning!
I am so sad to say I ordered $59 shoes that arrived in a plastic bag deformed and the soles were not even attached evenly. You could see bumps of staple marks.
Darn it,! My bad for trusting the site.
I simply was asking for information on how to return the shoe and the customer service will not help me.

Very dissapointed with items recived cheaply made, loose threads and stitching glue noticeable. Shoes made very unsatisfactory. Expecialy for price paid. Totally different to items pictured and described. Do not recommend
Same here I ordered the moccasins and those are things that you could buy at a dollar store for like $2 and I paid $70 they charged me with a special discount 50 but they ended up without my permission taking out an extra $20 they cost me I have my bank on this and there's a dispute form and I think that they see that my argument is trustworthy because you know it's insulting the way people are laughing at others and they have so many different addresses they're making it sound like they come from these places and anyways fake moccasins don't order nothing from this company they're looking to make a settlement with me of percentage percentage will they're laughing know I'm taking 100% back and it's good that people are reporting these people
This business is a low life scam. They will take your money and you will never get your product or it will be incorrect. You will not be able to get a refund or exchange because there is no customer service and only a automated email responder. It will keep you in circles asking for help. Even if an item is ordered and it's out of stock...they will notify you but they will not give you that money back either. Be careful using these international websites

I ordered about $150.00 worth of items and have never received a Email letting me know when items were shipped...Total Scam..Can't contact anyone for "Scam Justice" Imagine That Would Happen.
I have ordered from this site. I asked if their boots were real, genuine leather. They said yes. I ordered & received boots made of man made plastic. It took me awhile to find a phone number snd address. I was told i would have to pay for the return shipping myself which i did. I mailed back my items. Now they have no record of my return and will not refund me.
Ive lost out over $100, tbe items and the return shipping fees!!
They are a scam & have inferior products and lie and keep your money!
