Hello guys, I would also like to report that heyglazey is a total scam and I have ordered their product on 4th of September, I however recieved the confirmation email, but since then they havent replied to any of my emails. I got to them via Instagram app as they are sponsored. They took my money and I will never get it back. Hopefully there is some way how to report this scam. Take care guys even if websites seem legit.

I order the Recovery Pod on 9/6 and have yet to receive. Their shady tracking site and HeyGlazey website are down.

Same story for me, total scammers, will be taking this up with SHOP and the bank to get my money back.
I placed an order on 1st September for an ice pod (bath). It was sent the next day apparently and I was given a tracking link for "Yanwen" tracking. It was only then I realised it was coming from China - not clear on the website. The tracking updates over the next week were odd and inconsistent. It then came back with a "port of departure" update - which suggests it's making it's way by boat! I emailed several times for an explanation and had nothing. The last update was 15th September. I suspect that was money down the drain - if anyone knows how to report them please let me know.

Scam. I ordered on 28 Aug 2023 an Ice Recovery Pod, but what I got today is a useless sticker. I check with the post office, and they track number is false, not recognised.
Scam. Links in the order don’t work. Never received the order since July 19.
Scam take your money send you something you didn't order. Do not purchase anything from them, I know there'll be no buying from this place ever again and I will make sure to tell the world
