I bought the curved floor lamp in this shop on 28.01.2021. Still the item hasn't come. I wrote the letter to the service@xewfo.shop and the next day they sent the reply with tracking details.

I was rip off to I order the floor lamp curved back in feb 8th 2021
I have ordered a stroller from this online shop, they emailed with a “confirmed order” but the tracking number they gave was just a hoax, it was impossible to track as it didnt even give any information about the logistics company that was supposed to deliver the order.
A few weeks later as i was trying to check the order again, the online shop has changed its name already.
