I purchased an item from this company in early March it arrived early May after emails chasing it up.. The cost was in American dollars with taxes and expensive delivery costs added on. The item did finally arrive but had been shipped to me within the U.K. by Hermes. It was a fragile item packed in a thin Jiffy bag so not a surprise it has arrived broken.
I contacted the company and have sent photos to which I have received an email in very poor English telling me to be patient whilst they decide what to do. Yes I probably should have researched a little better and I’m not holding out much hope that I will be refunded but I would definitely AVOID this company.
Sadly I came across this review after I had placed an order with the company. This is most definitely a scam company my goods never arrived and I am now fighting to claim a refund for the money paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS FAKE !!!!
