I too ordered a doll last November as a gift for my granddaughter. Needless to say, I never received the doll and I am out my money and still trying to receive a refund. Last email I received, I was told I would only get half of my money. I suppose I should be happy about that but I'm still holding out for my refund. Janice Mayhugh. I ordered three dolls as well. They are horrible, they are total scammers. I had to go to Walmart and buy my grand daughters new dolls because I wouldn’t even give them these. I did call and I am disputing the purchase on my credit card. I have tried contacting the customer service but not helpful.
I spent over $300.00 at that sight for theese silicon dalls for christmas. Iam so upset. Because we fashionwear sent regular baby dalls and all 3 were the same when i orderd all silicon one blond one black hair darck baby and ferternial twins all silicon didnt get what i orderd and the 3 they sent arnt even worth it i could of just bought those at walmart very cheep iam very upset...
