So, Having such UK Companies House registration doesn't guarantee that the company is legit. On top of that, it has provided this address "32b North House Grove Street, London, England, SE8 3LY" for its register company name Itech Europe Limited. But when we check Itech Europe Limited on the UK Companies House website, we find another address for Itech Europe Limited which is "Orchard House, 6, Orchard Close, Northolt, UB5 4LP". When we check these both company's addresses on Google Maps, we find out there is no company with the name Itech Europe Limited that has been mentioned on or around these addresses. Instead, there is a residential home on the second address "Orchard House, 6, Orchard Close, Northolt, UB5 4LP"provided on the UK Companies House website. This parent company's name and address is used by another suspicious site Hansull.
On top of that, on its second Privacy Policy which you can find on the checkout page, it has provided address from China which is "深圳市万顺创网络科技有限公司, 深圳市龙岗区横岗街道新塘坑南一巷2号2楼205号 深圳市, 518100 广东, 中国". Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address.
It hasn't provided its contact phone number as well. This makes it clear that this store is trying to fake its information, so we shall not trust such a company for the online shopping.
Discount and Sales offers:
It is providing sales offers on almost all products it sells that is too good to be true and only the scam and problematic sites can afford to offer.
Copied content:
We found that the product images used by this online store for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this site has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing or other products. Lots of content as well as its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites like Hansull.
Returns and Exchange:
It has a Return and Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

I purchased something from them not knowing they are in CHINA. When product never arrived, I contacted Paypal and have escalated it. I did get an email from them, the company, it had abt 50 other emails they were writing to at once, saying (in broken english) to please wait a while, item will be shipped. PHONEY!!
Then I emailed them and said I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY and they sent me a 'tracking#' and a link to click on to follow up on it but it was ALL IN CHINESE and no 'SEND' or 'SUBMIT' button, unless it was in chinese. So i had Paypal escalate it and just go for FULL REFUND. I do not trust the site and will probably change my Paypal banking info. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
