Viennais is definitely a scam site. I bought a ring that was supposed to be silver and it wasn't. They told me, that mark 925 which was shown on the site and identifies silver, wasn't imprinted in the specific batch (laughing). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They told me to pay for return expenses to get my money back.
Still,they got delivery item to you ?
I just recently brought bracelet from that website & received different party name invoice & translation.
