I ordered in January 2022, never received, they said delivered to my post office, in which my post office confirmed they had not received. When we emailed them again they said it had arrived at their port and would ship…when asked if couldn’t ship by that Monday we wanted a refund, they said they would only refund shipment. Haven’t seen anything. SCAM!!!
I wanted to mail my dres back for a fill refund. The dress was cheaply made, did not fit, was different material than what was portrayed. I emailed company. They offered me $8 and to keep the dress. The dress was $40! And ugly and poor fit. I continued to ask for return and they said they are in Dubai and could not accept returns. DON’T order from this company
DO NOT IRDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! This company is a scam . They sent me the wrong color dresses and won’t return them . I’ve emailed them 15 times. They offered a $10.00 credit and “I can keep them “. Material is horrible ! Tissue paper thin and the material print looks like it’s a photograph of material . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! They finally responded that I could pay shipping to DUBAI. Would cost hundreds of dollars to pay shipping .
I need to return my order and cannot get any response from the company. I have emailed customer service twice with no reply. I will continue to try but is there any other recourse?
Be careful about ordering through this company. They will only accept returns if there is an issue with the quality (read their find print). Their website says you can cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours after you place the order. I cancelled my order within minutes when I discovered their return policy and they still shipped out my order and are refusing to refund me 100%. Buyer beware.
