I wish I had researched this so called company before I purchased one of their cameras along with the rolls of thermal paper. They seemed to have good reviews so I thought I was safe. I received my order but the camera would not print the pictures. I emailed them indicating what the problem was. They said no problem and that they would refund us or send a new camera out. They also asked for a video showing how we inserted the paper and that was sent to them. Did not hear back from them for quite a while so I sent them another email and no response. I have tried several times to reach out to them but with no luck.
