Opitio, which is also known as Chikao, doesn’t seem to be a genuine online store. Does that mean Opitio is a scam? Well, let’s find out either is an Opitio.com scam or trustworthy and what is Opitio.com in real through our Opitio review here. So, let’s begin with our Opitio review / Chikao review.
Opitio, which is also known as Chikao, might be a fraudulent online store due to the following reasons:-
# Opitio has lots of similarities with multiple scam sites such as Ludozo, SherrinStore, DelightsStore, BrritoStore, and so on.
# Like lots of scam sites, Opitio has also lots of drawbacks. For example; it hasn't provided its contact phone number or company's address; it has designed its website very roughly; it hasn’t secured its website properly with security services like McAfee or Norton and so on. Since the Opitio website is not secured properly, so if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information might be stolen.
NOTE: Previously, Opitio used to look like a completely different online store as shown in the picture below but now it has changed everything on its website as we have reviewed above. As per the previous Opitio website, you can find the review below.
OK let’s start with the previous Opitio review:
Previously, Opitio was an online shopping store that offered several kinds of items like Portable Woodworking Operation Console, Sea Skateboard, Ultimate Bluetooth LED Cap, Nail Art Printing Tool, Night Vision Glasses, Freedom Space Swing All-Inclusive Hammock, Long-Lasting Waterproof Matte Lipstick, Lift Up Invisible Bra Tape, etc.
Previously also, we had categorized Opitio as one of the scam sites because of the following reasons:
Company Address:
The company’s address and contact phone number of Opitio was missing on its “Contact Us” or “About Us” details or anywhere else on its website. So it was clear that the company was trying to hide the information.
Furthermore, its contact email address “fabstyle.store@vppemail.com” belongs to other domains “vvpemail.com” and “fabstyle.store”. But there is no any website exist currently with domains “vvpemail.com” and “fabstyle.store”.
Copied Images/contents:
The quality of the images was also blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones. Similarly, the website design of Opitio was also rough and lots of contents of the website matched with other multiple scam sites.
Discount and Sales offers:
Opitio was offering huge discount and sale deals on almost every product. The discount rates on some of the products listed on the Opitio.com website were even unrealistic i.e. very cheap, which was too good to be true.
Returns and Exchange:
Opitio had a Return Policy which was found to be very unrealistic and bogus to be eligible for the return and exchange which said that all return items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. They even made customers pay for the refund i.e. product return shipping cost was non-refundable. And the customer support, as well as the delivery time of sites similar to the previous Opitio website, is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites. It is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to confusing provisions.
Not only that but in their Return Policy, they had mentioned that “All Sale & Promotional Items are final and are not eligible for Return & Exchange” but almost all the items listed on Opitio.com website were on sale. So how was that Return Policy applicable?
This kind of Return Policy is used by multiple scam sites that cheat the shoppers by sending fake or very cheap quality products other than they advertise on their website or lesser value products or nothing at all.
# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discounts or claiming to sell the shortage items, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.
Either it is an old version of the Opitio website or the new version, it is clear that Opitio is a scam website through our Opitio review as above.
