Like other similar scam sites, it is also selling lots of items at an unrealistic cheap price without providing any separate categories on their website to list those items. You can’t find those items by browsing or searching on their websites. Those items can be found only by clicking the links provided on those promotional posts.
Another weird thing about this website is the cap on the price that you can purchase on this website. But, you should know that none of the legit online stores will put such price cap because such price caps will harm their business. Online stores want to sell as many items as they can so that they can make greater profit. They won't harm their own profit by restricting people to buy expensive or multiple items on their websites. Actually, we have found multiple scam sites which have provided such price cap but none of them are legit sites.

All the anti PayPal complaints strange. I’ve been scammed a few times and PayPal always came through. Once they did close my complaint after scammer provided bogus tracking number but I appealed and they rapidly refunded my money. When all else fails you can always claim “Porch Pirate” Protection from having your delivery stolen is one of the main reasons for using PayPal.
PayPal closed my dispute without any kind of investigation. This company is a total scam! Sent a fake package to my town, not me and UPS said it was delivered. I didn't receive any thing. Lost$105 to these scammers and PayPal is worthless! They made their cut so they won't close these scammer's PayPal account!
Ordered from this site. Paid by PayPal. Got or5der number and a receipt number. Never received. Called number listed - "no longer in service or has been changed! Address listed (!) 1593 South 1300 West Salt Lake City, Utah 84104. I got took too! Reporting this to the Indiana BBB.

I bought from this company, but never got an email for a receipt or a tracking number. I called the number to the site and don't work. I did a dispute to paypall, but they showed proof of delivery.
I went to UPS office here and they don't even show if it was picked up. File a claim with UPS. Now calling BBB, then I'll get the Attorney General involved and go from there. I want to know how they got into UPS computers to do this? Or are they all involved ? So far It shows it was mail from Saint Pete, MO. I'm doing my part in trying to get this site shut down if it's fake. I got their IP address. Any who has information on them, please let me know. Everyone who has been scammed from them needs to fight back.

Thank You, I have turned it in to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and just sent out to the Attorney General here in my state. Pay Pal won't give me back nothing. They sent them a fake paper for UPS, for which they told me over the phone it was sent to a different address. I ordered the same thing on Ebay. Well they did the same thing to me. But Ebay will make it right. FEDEX did say it was sent to another address and made me the scammer. Wanted to know how I got the tracking number. I said I put the order in and payed for it. They sent me the info on what I ordered. I feel that if everyone did the same that they would shut their sight down. The FTC.gov you can fill out a report fraud there on line. The BBB to. Attorney General should be able to down load pages on line to send in. UPS did tell me to send in the complaint form and the cost for reimbursement. But I think twice about Pay Pal now. I may just forget that payment until they check into it further. If you want to chat about this. Just look my name up on Face Book.

I bought a Milwaukee tools set from this site, paid 92 .12 cents, the only reason I bought it was they had a paypal method. Never got the tool set. contacted paypal to dispute the purchase. They gave pay pal a tracking # From UPS that stated I received it, That was a bogus tracking # and Twolier won. Another thing is When I made the payment it went to a complny in Hong Kong. I have now lost my confidence with pay pal and I am not going to use them any more for purchases.
I order an item from this business and never received any confirmation receipt email, so I went to their website and call the # and it was not a valid #, their email address is also bogus, came back invalid.
How is this company still exists and people are getting taken......reported to Federal Trade Commission.
Please do the same and remove them from the web so they cant continue to cheat more people.
I purchased a planer from them at a reduced price and free shipping ,should have known better. Was able to recover the money through Pay-Pal , after proving the tracking number was from an Amazon order not E-bay.

Chances are very low. It's better you try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.
I contacted Paypal and once they got the bogus tracking from this scammer company Paypal close my dispute.....I was totally disappointed and having them verify everything.
Like one the the person stated, they came up with some UPS tracking # which is not legit as the product I ordered is 10lbs and delivered item was 2.90lb......
Same thing happened to me. PayPal just closed my dispute without letting me explain exactly what happened. So angry.
Same with me. I called UPS and they told me that the package was sent but not in my name and address. Pay Pal only accepted what the seller sent them. I message Pay Pal if they can't investigate this properly then I don't need to pay this since it was on a charge. Will see what happens
Have a friend lives near by that address went to check and no twolier company there .
