Scam. They took my $79. They have a system set with UPS where they send it to the wrong address, to a different name but then the package gets lost on the way. UPS can't help you because your name and address doesn't match the one they see in the tracking.
I recently finished redecorating a spare room in my home and the final touch was a new twin mattress for the day bed. I spent about 2 hours searching when Glowcip popped up with the unheard of price of $94.30 for a full. I thought that it had to be a typo, but after looking the site over it seemed to be correct so I filled in the form with my information and paid through PayPal. I live in Ohio so I assumed it would be a quick delivery. A few days later I checked my email and there was a final delivery notice with a tracking number attached. It stated the USPS had delivered the mattress the day previous. I called my local post office and was informed they had my name with that tracking number, however the address was not the same. The address was "private" information and could not be released. I called PayPal and they refunded my money and gave me the email address to reach this company at. I have tried to call them at their listed telephone number and there was no answer, and I get an "unable to deliver" message in my email file,
I am so thankful I paid with PayPal! Otherwise I would have been out the money as well. As far as the neighbor of mine who decided to keep the mattress for "free", I wish them many back aches and "lost" mail in the near and distant future! YES! Glowcip IS A FRAUD!!!!!
