I tried to return paper thin, ill-fitting pants from Trousers with NO luck. Their site states they have a hassle free return. After 8 emails & 2 weeks. I told the support team I was sending the clothes to the return address, this was their reply “ Judy 2020-08-01 11:25
Do not sent it directly to the address on the parcel. It’s one of the carrier’s transit warehouse, and which is not correct. We can not receive it so we will not do the refund“. The End. They ARE A SCAM!
I bought some Women‘s Hip Hugger Flap Pockets Boot Cut Yoga Pants. The quality is very poor. The size was not even close. The site states hassle free return. Not at all. I have asked for their return address & have not been able to find it online, on their site, any where. I emailed their support email & they are giving me the run around. Do NOT buy anything for this site! It took roughly a month and a 1/2 to receive the merchandise. I asked to cancel it, however, they ignored my request. Bad, bad.
