Sunnybackyard is a complete scam. They mailed me the wrong size item and when I sent the pictures of what they sent me next to a measuring tape, along with my confirmation from them with I ordered and a picture of the frog on their website stating the size. After sending several emails, they told me there was no mistake. A complete scam. I ordered what Glenda ordered the decorative frog, which according to their measurements should be 12.5 x 12.5 x 11.5. My frog was 4" 3/4, My credit card company is issuing me a credit and they will investigate this matter further.
SunnyBackyard.net is a total scam. My husband ordered a decorative frog fr the back yard. It was supposed to be 12" x 12". The one we got was more like 3 x 4 ". I wrote and complained and they said that was what you ordered. It was not! Don't order anything from them. TOTAL SCAM
If you look at the description of the frog again on their website, it states the dimensions of the frog in cm NOT inches! 12.5 by 12.5 by 11.5 cm
Glenda I already received my credit from my bank. Everyone should report this company and get their refund. We ordered the same thing and sounds like we got the miniature version which is not even listed on their site. The smallest frog, which is called their standard size is 9".
