I ordered 2 wind chimes in May. I received transit information. Goods delivered to depot in Carlow, Ireland. I continued w mailing for update and was asked to be patient. They would contact transport company. I emailed stfssue direct and got no replies. Now emails are not being delivered. Have they gone bust. Do I have any comeback?
I ordered from them on the 1st June and after 4 weeks of emails saying my order was in transit they now after 10 weeks keep telling me to be patient it is on its way. I have also just realised the amount debited from my credit card was more than my invoice total.
I keep on at this company to get my money back but all they say is please be patient. I ordered my item on 26th May and still nothing. I honestly have no hope of a refund or the item, please beware.
Do not deal with sofssue unless you want to lose money! I bought 2 wind chimes, paid £59, took 43 days to deliver & the quality is very poor. No returns info, no invoice, etc. luckily I paid via PayPal who are involved & I can only hope for a refund in full as I am willing to return what they sent. Soooooo frustrating
Sofssue. Absolute con . Took more money out of my account than agreed. Said it was additional postage. Goods never arrived. All emails refuse to refund money as say goods in transit after 2 months!!!!
