Hi To all and be careful out there this company is exactly what they say it is. this is my letter with no response. I have tried to get in contact with your company 5 times and had no returns to my email's for asking for a return on false information that was advertised on you bird house"s That I purchased.
As of today I will file a complaint for being a scam company. I have already notified my Bank/face book/amazon/pintrest/also ebay to inform them what your company is all about. Im retired and have the time to make this happen, also I have filed a complaint with Better business bureau and consumer affairs.
Im not the only person out there complaining about your company, reviews are the only help to inform people about your scam.

Totally agree. I recently made a purchase and what arrived was nothing like the item pictured on the website in terms of detail, size and quality. It also did not appear to have been shipped from overseas on arrival. I complained and my dealings with them were extremely frustrating over a period of about a week as they were offering small "part refunds" from their meagre salaries. The final straw was on realising they had charged me more than US$15 more than the invoice. That I was told was tax. By bank were very helpful and I have received a full refund and binned the rubbish that arrived.
I ordered and never heard from them again. I believe I was taken. Had to change my bank card.
